Octave <> Gong Integration

Go to Settings

In Gong, click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner to open the Admin center.

Click on Automation rules

Under the Ecosystem section, click Automation rules.

Add rule

Click the + Add rule button to create a new automation rule.

Select trigger criteria

Choose "If a call meets the following criteria" and set it to match all calls.

Paste webhook URL from Octave

Paste in the webhook URL provided by Octave. Make sure "URL includes key" is selected.

Enable the rule

Flip the toggle to Enabled to activate the automation rule.

Make sure the rule toggle is set to enabled before leaving the page.
